WAS SHAWN RHODEN BETTER IN 2012 THAN TODAY?

Shawn Rhoden is a beast, that’s no doubt. The runner up of this year’s Mr. Olympia would’ve won it on another another stage not named Mr. Olympia, against any other competitor not named Phil. But even though he came in in great shape, should the Jamaican born 6 year IFBB be looking back for his future?

In 2012 Rhoden came with the perfect balance of size and aesthetics, even though he came in 3rd, you have to remember he was going against the added competition of Kai Greene. This year he decided to put on a bit more mass, but did that ultimately hurt his finish. Could going more aesthetic this year have pulled off an upset?

While he did look phenomenal for this year’s showing, we’ve put together photo’s from both year’s to let you be the judge. Should Shawn Rhoden be going back to aesthetics in order to secure his future?
