Bodybuilders today gain more than just muscle.

Arnold Schwarzenegger has been on a role lately comparing the Golden Era of bodybuilding to today. Often criticizing what the fans and judges are looking for in the top tier bodybuilders – size and mass take more precedence over lean shredded physiques (aka GH guts).

But Arnold’s got a lot of respect and good things to say about the way bodybuilding has grown. Check out this deleted scene from Generation Iron where he reveals the opportunities today’s athletes have that he never could have dreamed of. It’s all in the video above.
