Our Boy Big Ramy is Growing up.

After taking 4th at this year’s Mr. Olympia, it seems Big Ramy is a man on a mission. 2 hours ago Big Ramy took the top spot in the Kuwait Pro, beating out 2 of the 3 bodybuilders he just lost to at the Mr. O. While Big Ramy was definitely in top form, especially with his back double bicep, this beg the question, what exactly are the judges looking for?

Within a time period of 3 weeks we’ve had 3 different winners at 3 different shows, with pretty much the same competitors in the top 4. Is it politics, or is the competition so close that the smallest tweak can change your body from week to week? We’ll let you be the judge.

Phil Heath is the reigning champ, we know that. But who is truly the top contender? If we had to chose someone, it’s got to be Big Ramy, but it wouldn’t be hard to make a compelling argument for Dexter Jackson or Shawn Rhoden. Let’s see what happens this year at Prague .
