A surprising announcement from Bodybuilding.com

It has just been reported by Idaho Statesman that Bodybuilding.com CEO Richard Jalichandra has stepped down after one year at the company’s Boise headquarters. Apparently, employees received an email on Wednesday informing them that Jalichandra is no longer CEO of Vitalize, the holding company of Bodybuilding.com and three other health and fitness brands.

This news has also been confirmed by Bodybuilding.com’s parent company, Liberty Media. Bodybuilding.com has been one of the longest running internet distributor of nutritional supplements as well as fitness based news and articles. The company laid off at least 90 employees this past December.
