Ger Rid of Moobs, Love Handles, and Belly Fat For Good

Free at last!

We all know that guy who hates working out, has low muscle tone, and would much rather read about the next Marvel comics than workout. That guy has a bit of extra flab. That makes sense. Then again we all know the guy who works out religiously, “eats right”, and tracks his health yet still has a bit of pudge to show for his troubles. He takes off his shirt, and while there’s still muscle tone, his solid structure is covered by doughy loose skin in certain areas. This is the guy we feel bad for. While there could be a myriad of reasons, most of the time it’s a combination of hormone imbalances and lifestyle choices that are keeping this lifter dadbod to shredded excellence.

Moobs

Known as “man boobs”, moobs can turn a perfectly good lifter into a sniffling mess of unconfidence. This fat storage of the pecs can really reek havoc on an otherwise fit physique. If you’re having this issue it’s probably due to an estrogen problems, or testosterone-conversion problem.

Fix

Resveratrol is a powerful aromatase inhibitor (meaning that it prevents Testosterone from converting into estrogen). Supps that contain auroyl macrogol-32 glycerides actually help absorb resveratrol, so look for this on the label.

A more natural way is cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, broccaflower, Brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage, and bok choy. These veggies all contain phytochemical which aid in the reduction of estrogen.
