GI WORKOUT SONG OF THE WEEK 5/24/2016

Workout Song Generation Iron DMX

Don’t F*ck Around.

The NY Pro this past weekend was truly an eye opening event. The NY Pro saw the inclusion of young guns looking to make a splash in the bodybuilding world as well as veterans who looked to continue to dominate the competition through their years of experience. Dexter Jackson once again proved that the old lion still has plenty left in the tank fending off a field extremely talented and well built competition. Roelly Winklaar continued to impress with his massive physique and we even saw the return of Steve Kuclo.

Though there were many talented competitors at the NY Pro it doesn’t change the fact that there can be only one winner. Some competitors may have looked more impressive than others, but despite that fact this show is just one of many shows that can be used to either motivate a bodybuilder to make improvements or simply crush their confidence ensuring that they never rise to the occasion.

For those who were unable to win the whole show, they should take this competition as a stepping stone, a pitstop along the path of potential greatness. To give in after one less than stellar showing is simply accepting defeat. For anyone choosing to pursue bodybuilding the reality is that things are going to get worse before they get better. Whether you’re an amateur, a pro, or someone who simply trains for fun, you must keep on the road in hopes of bettering yourself.

Let the GI Team provide you with some much needed tunes to get you in the mood to make some serious gains. Whether you’re an amateur who lifts for fun or a pro looking to get fired up for a hardcore session, GI has the track to provide you with the motivation to battle through your training this week.
