GI WORKOUT SONG OF THE WEEK 8/3

Generation Iron Kings Never Die Eminem

The fire lives on.

Things got pretty hectic this past weekend. Wrestling icon and former WWE superstar “Rowdy” Roddy Piper passed away on July 31st. It was pretty depressing news going into the weekend. Piper was such a memorable fixture in pro wrestling and he’ll be deeply missed. “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey, a self-proclaimed fan of Piper even going so far as to being inspired by the wrestlers nickname, dedicated her 34 second KO victory over Bethe Correia at UFC 190 to the WWE legend. We have no doubt that the Piper will inspire a legion of wrestling fans in years to come. The wrestlers fiery persona and unyielding confidence is what made him so popular with the fans. In honor of Roddy Pipper we’ve got a song as fiery as his personality.

This song will get you fired up in the gym to get all the gains you seek. Burn fat and pack on muscle with this track from Eminem. “Kings Never Die” is a high intensity track off the the Southpaw Soundtrack that’s sure to put some adrenaline into your lifts.
