We’re three weeks away from the most anticipated bodybuilding event of the year. This year’s Olympia event is sure to be packed with some surprises, possible upsets, new contenders, and the rivalry that has shaped bodybuilding so greatly within the last few years. Yet again we’re set to see Phil Heath and Kai Greene go head to head to prove who is the better man. Despite Phil Heath’s record, Kai Greene always remains a constant threat. This off season has seen Kai make some major improvements on his physique including his overall size and even improving upon his already impressive back. With both competitors looking even more improved than last year, fans are sure to get a pretty compelling show down between the two. But you never know. Big Ramy could throw a wrench into everything and topple the both of them. With that competitive spirit in mind, we want you to really challenge yourself in the gym this week and make some improvements on both your physique and as well as your strength.

This new song will get you fired up in the gym to get all the gains you seek. Everyone’s fan favorite band Five Finger Death Punch is coming out with a new album in September. “Jekyll and Hyde” is the first single and full of high intensity that’s sure to put some adrenaline into your lifts.
