GI WORKOUT SONG OF THE WEEK 9/28/2016

workout song 9-27-16 headerGet some motivation and make some solid gains.

The shadow of the Olympia remains hovering over all the competitors who were unable to make their dreams come true. The truth about bodybuilding is that if you aren’t at the top spot then you must constantly obsess on what new tactics you can bring to the game. Phil Heath is still the king which means a ton of bodybuilders are once again going to have to go to the drawing board in order to overcome their own limitations as well as conquer the current number one bodybuilder in the world.

But already the development game has begun. Kevin Levrone is already improving on his weak points. His leg development a week after the Olympia is truly insane. Big Ramy has already made crazy improvements as well suggesting that these competitors aren’t resting on their laurels. Just like the pros you need to be striving to outdo yourself. Get some motivation from the competitors and the song of the week to feed your gains.

Let the GI Team provide you with some much needed tunes to get you in the mood to make some serious gains. Whether you’re an amateur who lifts for fun or a pro looking to get fired up for a hardcore session, GI has the track to provide you with the motivation to battle through your training this week.
