Ever since the popularization of bodybuilding – Gold’s Gym has been known as the mecca of the sport. It’s where all of the greats trained that made a mark for bodybuilding not only in contest – but in the impression left to the rest of the world. But slowly overtime another mecca started to form, Bev Francis Power House Gym is known as the East Coast Mecca – and to some this has become more of a home for modern bodybuilders than Gold’s Gym.
