Winston Roberts is somewhat of a legend around these parts. Not only was he the first black Mr. Canada but he helped write the constitution and rule book for the IFBB with Joe Weider – fundamentally changing the sport of bodybuilding as we know it. We got a chance to sit down with Winston and talk about his experiences growing up in bodybuilding and where he thinks the future of the sport is headed. This is an interview not to be missed.
