NO FLEX ZONE – is a new weekly series showing the best and craziest user generated fitness footage on the web every Wednesday.

There are many kinds of workout fails. A lot of them end in paid and some of them are just so ridiculous that you’ll cry laughing at the pure lunacy of it. But then there’s the subtle ones. The kind of workout fail where no one gets hurt (at least not immediately… maybe in the long run), no one breaks anything, they just… use the equipment wrong. Upside down leg presses. Strange neck exercises on the completely wrong machine. It’s hard to even know if these are just people actually trying to look like idiots… or if they are really that uninformed.

Regardless, this weeks episode is an ode to those kind of workout fails. We also threw in some amazing workout successes too. Just so you know there are actual smart and hard working lifters out there on the internet. Check out the latest episode above.
