ROELLY WINKLAAR CAN’T STOP GROWING, POSTS HIS OLYMPIA BACK TRAINING METHODS

roelly winklaar back workout header“The Dutch Beast” just keeps getting bigger.

The Olympia pits the best bodybuilders in the world against one another on the biggest stage. Any bodybuilder who gets invited understands that they must bring their absolute best in order to win the show. Even if they do bring their best physique to the show, the chances of dethroning Phil Heath seems pretty impossible at this point. Heath has become the immovable object, the unstoppable force that few bodybuilders can contend with. But that isn’t stopping the best of the best working hard in order to put an end to Phil Heath’s reign. One of these talented few is Roelly Winklaar.

For years now Roelly Winklaar has been considered a bodybuilder with a tremendous amount of upside, but has not been able to pull it all together. It’s certainly a hard pill to swallow for “The Dutch Beast” knowing that you have great potential but have been unable to fulfill that potential. But it appears that recently Roelly has been looking more impressive than ever.

Month to month we’re seeing Roelly Winklaar grow in size, so much so that now he has more of a resemblance to the Incredible Hulk than he does an actual human being. The training that he’s been doing at Oxygen Gym seems to truly be paying off. Not only has Roelly become more massive, he’s also never been this shredded before a competition. With time growing short and the Olympia approaches, Roelly Winklaar is putting the finished touches on his physique. Take a look at some of the back training methods that turned Roelly into an inhuman monster.
