Bodybuilding training is easy. All you need to do is train your respective muscles over and over again until you achieve the desired result. The time you put in, what you sacrifice, all of it really shouldn’t be that big of a deal, especially when you consider what you’re planning to get out of it. These are statements of an individual who knows nothing about how hard it is to sculpt a physique worth being admired. Bodybuilding is perhaps one of the toughest endeavors to pursue simply because not everyone is going to be able to make remarkable gains. No matter how hard they try they’ll never achieve the kind of physique that top pros like Phil Heath possess. Then there are those that make gains that no one has ever seen before.

Ade Rai is a name that many bodybuilding fans may not be quite that familiar with. The man is an Indonesian IFBB pro who was competed in the late 90 and early 2000s. He was never as massive as many of the other open weight bodybuilders out there, but still managed to build an impressive physique nonetheless. In his time away from the stage the bodybuilder has still been training hard and acquiring gains. But a recent Instagram video of the bodybuilder has arisen that has to be seen to be believed. Let’s just say that Ade Rai possesses biceps that boggle the mind.

Ade Rai’s biceps are certainly well built to say the least. But there seems to be something very strange about the small head of his biceps that are a bit unusual. Perhaps it isn’t the strangest case out there, particularly with all those synthol users out there. Still, one has to wonder quite how Ade Rai’s biceps ended up that way in the first place.

Are these the strangest biceps ever?
