This bodybuilder had “the biggest arms in the world”, but despite that couldn’t achieve a great deal of success as a pro bodybuilder. Bill Pettis may not have been able to beat the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno, but he was certainly a beast back in his heyday. So how did he suffer such a major downfall?
