When it comes to training chest like a boss you have to have a tremendous amount of grit and dedication. If you half ass your training then you can suffer from having imbalances as well as never truly reaching the level of hypertrophy needed to grow new muscle. It takes the right kind of program, the right kind of intensity, and consistently to get your chest, or any other muscle for that matter, to grow to satisfactory levels.

At the end of the day, bodybuilding is all about making new muscle gains and to do so you have to have supreme dedication and focus. The mind muscle connection is just as important as putting up the weight. That’s why getting a healthy dose of motivation can never hurt.
