“YouTube Fail! YouTube Fail!” Is something you can hear being cheered during this quick video clip. We don’t know what is worse – the squat ego fail at the beginning of this video or the way everyone laughs in self awareness that this will be put online as a workout fail.

Guess it worked in the end – as we are posting it here. But let this be a cautionary tale to everyone. They might be able to all laugh at this stupid example of ego lifting but if that dude injured his neck… this wouldn’t be so funny.
