When it comes to bodybuilding, nutrition plays a major role in being able to develop some powerful muscles and aesthetic muscles. You can’t have the body of a god by eating junk. You have to be smart about what you put into your body.

That being said, there are a ton of different mainstays in bodybuilding diets. One of those mainstays happens to be milk. As far as nutrition goes, milk is one of the more nutritious foods you could consume. With vitamin D and other bone and muscle strengthening elements, what’s not to like about milk?
