The truth behind the phrase Palumboism.

Check out this video by Nick Stength, discussing an amateur bodybuilder from the 90’s David Palumbo. It appears that he coined the phrase Palumboism, based on developing a “gut” while competing. Since then many Bodybuilders were accused of having guts and the reasons for that are being debated to this day.
