Eating like an Olympia champion.

While the average person consumes an average of 2000 calories a day, a bodybuilder must consume far more than that in order to optimize their muscle growth. A paltry 2000 calories will do little in the way of allowing for more gains. If Ronnie Coleman ate 2000 calories per day, he’d be nowhere close to being the Olympia legend that we know today.

So what exactly did Ronnie Coleman eat back in the day? Every bodybuilder is different though many of them have similar ideas about what they consume. Just like your average human, the food you consume is heavy based on preference, yet for a bodybuilder you still want to consume the right amount of protein, carbs, and fats to bring about adequate change to their physique. So what did Ronnie Coleman choose to eat when he was training for the Olympia? Check out the video to find out.

What do you think of Ronnie Coleman and his epic diet?
