Some fighters in the UFC are all about being honorable and preserving the original message of martial arts. Respect for your opponent, seeking out justice and truth and meaning through the study of martial arts technique. For these honorable martial artists, the exploration of the self through the physicality of the training and fighting is what’s important to them.
Other UFC fighters however don’t give a crap about all that.
Instead, they care about whether or not they can dominate their opponent and impose their will. Some even go the extra mile to disrespect their opponent in hopes of getting inside their head or proving a point that they are the alpha in this confrontation. The video highlights just how far some UFC fighters will go to prove they don’t give a damn about their opponent or anyone else for that matter.
