Andre Ferguson trains, meets with Steve, and explains his outspoken behavior.

EAST COAST MECCA: SEASON 3 – Generation Iron returns to the beast coast with an inside look at the Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym one week before the New York Pro 2018. Known as the East Coast Mecca of bodybuilding, Bev Francis’ gym attracts today’s most elite athletes. Featuring superstars and up and comers such as Regan Grimes, Nathan De Asha, Arash Rahbar, Rich Gaspari, and many more! New episodes air every Thursday!

Andre Ferguson is an IFBB Pro Men’s Physique competitor with a large amount of talent and an incredible physique. But he also has one other quality that is just as well known as his ability on the stage and in the gym – and that’s his outspoken and blunt opinions and behavior.

With his recent (and apparently ongoing) beef against Brandon Hendrickson, Andre is no stranger to talking smack in between competitions as he continues to prep. Some label this as unsportsmanlike, others find it entertaining as hell, and the debate as to whether a top pro athlete should be humble or not has been circling around for months now.

In today’s episode of East Coast Mecca, Andre hits up the Bev Francis Powerhouse gym to show us an inside look to his Men’s Physique training, he also meets with Steve to talk about his progress (and his fellow competitors), and also takes a huge chunk of time to explain his mindset when he calls athletes like Brandon Hendrickson out. As he puts it: being humble isn’t sitting quiet when people call you out. That’s called being a bitch in my world.
