Michal Krizo Gives A Sneak Preview Of His Physique At The 2022 Olympia Press Conference

Michal Krizo lat pulldown close grip

2022 Olympia press conference: Speaking little English, Michal Krizo wanted to speak with his actions rather than his words.

The 2022 Olympia weekend is well underway kicking off with the Olympia press conference at the Las Vegas strip. With a stacked lineup bigger than any previous year, fans were excited for some truly electric energy and trash talk. For Michal Krizo, however, he couldn’t speak much English to join in on the hype and trash talk fun. So instead, Michal Krizo threw off his jacket and did a sneak preview guest posing at the 2022 Olympia press conference.

Michal Krizo is one of the more hyped athletes heading into the 2022 Mr. Olympia. Many pro athletes and experts have sung his praises, including Jay Cutler, who thinks he a truly dangerous threat. But after his first pro show (which earned Krizo his Olympia qualification), other fans were quick to note that he still has much work to do in order to crack the top 6.

Perhaps in effort to shut down the critics, Michal Krizo decided to temporarily take over the 2022 Olympia press conference by walking directly on stage, not saying a word, taking off his jacket, and giving a brief posing routine for the fans and his fellow athletes. It should be noted that Krizo kept his tank top on – only showcasing his arms and a slight glimpse of his chest. He also stuck to only doing a most muscular and front double bicep.

The posing sneak peak wasn’t really going to change anyone’s minds – but it did get the crowd roaring. He was also notably the only athlete to participate in any form of a pose-down during the press conference. This is a big difference compared to last year where many athletes threw off their tops and flexed for the crowd.

Michal Krizo’s rise to fame in the IFBB Pro league

Michal Krizo has wowed the bodybuilding world with his quick transition into the IFBB Pro league. He first received attention in the IFBB Elite Pro league – with many wondering how he would fair against other IFBB Pro competitors at the Mr. Olympia. Those questions will soon be answered.

In just one year, Michal Krizo switched over to the IFBB Pro league by competing in the NPC, earning his pro card, and then quickly earning a 2022 Mr. Olympia qualification with a win at the EVLS Prague Pro.

Krizo is going to have his work cut out for him regardless of how good his physique is this weekend. The 2022 Mr. Olympia has a record number of qualified competitors with 36 athletes rising up to compete. Not only that, but the quality of the athletes is incredible. Many have noted that this might be the most stacked lineup in the past decade – if not more.

There’s no doubt that Michal Krizo will bring an impressive physique – but it will be in the finer details that he may or may not rise up into the top 6 running. Only time will tell how he holds up against the best in the world.
