Nathan De Asha Suffers Horrible Shoulder Injury During Training

Nathan De Asha finds himself in a tough spot weeks out from the Olympia.

Ask any athlete out there. Suffering an injury has to be one of the most crushing turn of events you can experience. It can completely sideline your improvements and even destroy all the gains you’ve made.

While training around the injury may be a viable option, the truth of the matter is that an injury slows progress and certainly puts a thorn in your side as far as improvements go. It seems that recent NY Pro winner and Olympia contender Nathan De Asha is finding that out the hard way as he suffers a pretty serious injury during his shoulder training over the weekend.

With his sights set on the top of the division, Nathan De Asha has been putting in hard work and even trash talking his fellow competitors, possibly for a mental advantage before stepping on stage. It’s no different than what Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor do before a competition in order to catch their opponent’s sleeping. But with this injury, Nathan De Asha will be out of commission for a short while, but could be well enough to bounce back in time for the Olympia. The video courtesy of Fazi Fitness details exactly what happened to cause the bodybuilder’s shoulder injury.
