  • Beta-Alanine – Beta-Alanine decreases muscle fatigue and improves endurance. However, pre-caged contains just 1.6 grams, and the recommended dose is 2-5 grams.
  • Taurine – An amino acid that isn’t involved in protein formation but serves many functions. It has been shown to help endurance athletes and draw more fluid into the muscle cells.
  • BCAAs – Unlike other pre-workouts on the market, Pre-Kaged contains BCAAs – Leucine, Isoleucine & Valine. These may promote muscle synthesis and improve muscle endurance.
  • Spectra Blend – The Spectra Blend contains a lot of ingredients such as elderberry, blackberry, and spinach concentrates. Many of these ingredients do not have the scientific backing that some of the more premium ingredients do. Fruit concentrates are highly processed and are not well studied.
