RedCon1 Total War Pre-Workout Supplement Review

This pre-workout has potential to enhance gains, but just how good is it?

Product Overview

Finding a good pre-workout supplement can be challenging. With so many on the market, the choices tend to seem endless as you scroll through pages of products, or worse, walk aimlessly through shelves of them. The truth is, pre-workout is a very popular supplement for bodybuilders, strength athletes, endurance folks, and every day gym goers simply looking to enhance their pump. With too many labels to comb through, we found it easier to find the best, the decent, and the not so great, so you know just what to look for when you embark on your quest.

The benefits of a good pre-workout supplement can make or break a workout and really enhance those gains of yours. A good quality pre-workout supplement can increase focus and energy, reduce fatigue, enhance muscle pumps, and promote better recovery, covering all facets of your workout so your gains have zero time to fade. The trouble comes with certain products adding unnecessary or just plain useless ingredients that aren’t conducive to your workouts or your health.

RedCon1 Total War Highlights

RedCon1 Total War is a complete all-in-one pre-workout supplement designed to give you serious boost to your workouts. Training and competing relies on intensity and energy and RedCon1’s Total War packs serious fire power into each and every dose. A strong combination of stimulants and other ingredients designed to enhance focus gives you energy, focus, and serious pumps to offer a great workout at home or in the gym. For those serious about getting fit, Total War is an okay pre-workout to use and is not for the faint of heart.

With 11 main ingredients, Total War brings a strong formula of stimulants to the table, which is where much of this energy comes from. With nearly 320mg of caffeine, the dose is so high that unwanted side effects may arise, so for those sensitive to caffeine, or those who don’t want to bounce of the walls for hours, potentially look elsewhere. While Total War does have decent ingredients included, it struggles to find a good balance of what’s beneficial and what is not.

Citrulline Malate: Can increase nitric oxide production, as well as lower lactic acid build-up. Will increase recovery after exercise as well (1).

Beta Alanine: A non-essential amino acid, this can improve athletic performance, build lean muscle, and improve overall functional movements (2).

Agmatine Sulfate: Offers strong muscle pumps, improved endurance and increased blood flow for better muscle growth.

Taurine: Supports your metabolism and boosts physical performance (3).

Caffeine Anhydrous: Provides for energy boosts and works to suppress appetite and thermogenesis for calorie loss and changes to your body composition.

Other Ingredients

Juniper Extract, Di-Caffeine Malate, Theobromine, Green Tea Extract, Naringin Extract, BioPerine, Disodium Phosphate, Natural and artificial flavor, Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate, Sucralose, Citric Acid, Acesulfame Potassium

Overall Value

RedCon1 Total War seeks to be an all-in-one pre-workout supplement designed to promote gains and give you long lasting energy. It succeeds in providing that energy boost, but with the amount of caffeine involved, we would be shocked if it didn’t. Decent ingredients in this formula will surely help with your gains, but there are other products on the market to provide for better results with healthier options included. What you are really getting is a potent pre-workout with risks of side effects at a decent price from a company who seeks to produce good quality supplements. Check out RedCon1 Total War for yourself and see if this is something you would want to try.
