Take your pull ups to the next level.

Pull ups are a basic exercise that most people learn about as early as 10 years old in gym class. But sometimes the regular old pull up just isn’t enough. That’s where the front lever pull up comes in. A much more challenging variation of the pull up that can lead to better strength gains.     • Don’t be so insecure Todd. I do full ROM 8 reps with 300kg on the leg press and will smash you in an 800m running race – you know – where you need strong fast legs! Step up bro, you want me to set a challenge that will show how weak you are!?!?!? Don’t be scared! Don’t confuse cosmetic appearance with strength (even though you obviously do) my arms are even way stronger than your bloated fake biceps an tris! Come on baby bring it!
