Variety in your workouts are essential to prevent running straight into a wall and hitting a plateau in your muscle growth.

Our bodies are adaptable and once your muscles get used to a certain workout – it becomes less effective. That’s why variety must be added in to reactivate those muscles during your training – which will help you continue to grow.
