WHAT DOES MORGAN ASTE NEED TO BE A CONTENDER?

Commanding attention early on.

There are many bodybuilders out there that have been turning heads for the past few years. Some are up and comers who look to have a great deal of potential like the 20 year old Cody Montgomery, while a great deal others are bodybuilders few fans have ever heard of. In a sport where so many different contenders pop up out of the woodwork, it’s hard to really point out exactly who could be a potential threat given the right training and fine tuning.

.

With so many bodybuilders out there vying for a pro card or trying to enter the top ten in the open weight division and make their presence known – it’s easy to disregard many of the athletes out there waiting for the chance. There is one bodybuilder out there however that no fan, or professional for that matter, can ignore.

Morgan Aste is a French bodybuilder that has been on the scene for quite some time now. Though he may not have been making any waves on the professional circuit, Aste’s height and size have already garnered him a ton of attention. In a sport where size can be the difference between winning a show and failing to place, a person’s natural size and genetics plays a considerable role and Morgan Aste certainly has that playing in his favor.

Just a few months back “The Big Rock” was seen competing at the 2015 NPC Fit World. The Frenchman would go on to take top honors at the show and already comparisons are being drawn to a fellow mass monster who had an impressive 2015 run, none other than Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay. Standing at 6’3” and weighing well over 300 lbs, Aste certainly has the size to make a major impact on the sport.

But the Frenchman is missing something, one piece of the puzzle that could ensure greatness: conditioning. Though he was impressive in winning the NPC competition, Morgan Aste will need some more fine tuning before he’s able to take on pros like Phil Heath, Kai Greene, and Dexter Jackson just to name a few. If Morgan Aste gets his conditioning down to a science and starts showing off an impressive posing routine then we could be looking at a future challenger in the making. He dwarfs his fellow competitors on stage and with such a large presence could truly be a force of nature in the sport.
