BEST DAMN DEADLIFT INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO. PERIOD.

Stop screwing up your deadlift.

No one’s born a bodybuilder. For a person who endeavors to build tremendous amounts of muscle there is always a day of awakening. For each individual that chooses to make a change in their physique there’s a different driving force that pushes them through each grueling training session, through every injury. Everyone who chooses to make that change has a particular motivation that brings them to the table. For some it’s purely for aesthetics. Others crave strength and power above all else which brings them to the weights.

Whatever the reason may be, you head to the gym to make a change, to make an improvement. In order to do so there are a handful of exercises that must be in your repertoire: the bench press, the squat, and the deadlift. The last exercise in particular is the one exercise that has turned men into crying babies through either injury or just sheer fatigue.

Deadlifts are a movement that many trainers will tell you to perform once a week because of the toll it takes on the body. Deadlifts when done heavy, not to mention correctly, can be an extremely taxing ordeal. There’s a reason why you see so many competitors at powerlifting meets throwing up from deadlifting, it’s just that intense.

Whether you’re heading to the gym to build up your lower back and legs or if you simply just wish to grow in strength, the deadlift is an exercise that should be apart of your training. The problem with the deadlift, however, is that it’s easy to perform the movement wrong and when that happens you can be sure that you’ll be gifted with a severe injury. If you’re planning to hit the gym consistently without injuring yourself then you better know how to perform the deadlift movement with accuracy and perfect technique.

Of all the instructional articles and videos you can find on the internet, the clip below breaks down deadlifting technique unlike anything else out there. Check it out.
