Motivation Monday: Despite All His Injuries and Surgeries, Ronnie Coleman is Still Training Hard

Ronnie Coleman is still working hard despite the odds.

Sometimes it’s hard to get motivated to go to the gym. For some, it’s hard to get up and be motivated for anything. It can truly be hard work to get up out of bed in the morning and choose to be better than you were yesterday. That takes work. It takes a willingness to push yourself and make no excuses. It can be rough for some and simple task for others. But whether you’re down in the dumps or if you’re on top of the world, you should be looking to do something today, tomorrow, for the rest of the week.

Motivation isn’t always going to be readily available, but that doesn’t mean you have an excuse to be lazy. For eight time Olympia champion and all time bodybuilding great Ronnie Coleman, a man who has experienced the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, motivation is a constant presence in his life. Despite the adversity he’s been facing recently, Ronnie Coleman still chooses to push himself, head into the gym and try his best to build back even a small fraction of what he has lost.

The injuries and surgeries that Ronnie Coleman has been through still hasn’t stopped him from doing what he loves. Rather than use his predicaments as excuses to do nothing, Ronnie Coleman has instead utilized them as a spark, the wind in his sails to push him towards a goal of returning to some semblance of normalcy.

If you were feeling down on yourself or less than motivated to go after your dreams and goals this week, then watch this below clip of a man who has experienced greatness who has the passion and willingness to continue to push himself despite the mountainous odds against him.
