WORKOUT LIKE THE REAL LIFE JAMES BOND: DAN BILZERIAN

This millionaire plays by his own rules.

If you haven’t heard of Dan Bilzerian, then let us catch you up to date and put it plain: you’ve been missing out on some of the most entertaining personalities on the interwebs. The man is a millionaire playboy who travels the world on a permanent vacation with all the women, guns, and alcohol you’d imagine from a Bond film. The man is uninhibited and lives life to the fullest and he’ll be the first to tell you. Scratch that, he’s probably more likely to show you through his popular Instagram channel.

So just who the hell is this guy anyway and why should you care to read about him? Well, for one the guy has the blueprint for every red blooded American male’s idea of fun. He can be in his home in Hollywood Hills, California, pick up and take a flight to New York, spend a weekend living it up in the city that never sleeps and be in the air again on the way to some exotic locale. Sounds awesome right. But before Bilzerian was the poker playing ladies man he is today, swimming in money like Scrooge McDuck, he was a military man and one of many to go through the famed training of the Navy SEALs. The kind of hellish training you have to go through to succeed in that program is more taxing than any weight training routine you’ve ever faced in the gym. Doesn’t mean you’re not training hard, it just goes to show you how torturous SEAL training is.

.

After leaving the Navy, Bilzerian used a different set of skills to gain his fame and fortune. He didn’t become a MMA star or play baseball; Bilzerian used all that steely resolved he gained from training in the SEAL program to become a talented gambler. Now, we’re not about hitting the slot machines or taking his chances at the roulette table. Bilzerian used his skills at poker to bring in a ridiculous amount of cash. His net worth is estimated at around 100 million give or take a few dollars. It wasn’t luck or faith that brought that fruition, just pure skill and a set of stones. That’s gotta be admired.

But just as easily admirable is the man’s diligent work ethic for keeping himself in fighting form. No doubt his military training had something to do with that. His experience in the Navy likely explains his passion for mixed martial arts training as well as weight lifting.

So what exactly does the millionaire do to stay in shape? Head on over to page 2 and take a look at Dan Bilzerian’s workout routine.
