2024 UK’s Strongest Man Results: Paul Smith Wins Third Consecutive Title

Paul Smith continues to dominated the UK’s Strongest Man competition.

The 2024 UK’s Strongest Man competition took place at the beginning of June in Cardiff, Wales. The show ranged over three days from June 7-9 and featured some of the best competitors in the world. Paul Smith entered as the reigning two-time champion and was able to complete the three-peat at the show.

Smith led a field of eight competitors over the course of five events. There was a max of 40 points that could have been earned and Smith totaled 38 as he finished at the top once again. Below, check out the full results from the event.

Event One – Truck Pull

The Truck Pull is a classic in Strongman and it kicked off the action in England. Each competitor was tasked with pulling a 15,000kg truck down a 20-meter course. This is a timed event with a cap at 75 seconds.

Event Two – Tire Flip

The Tire Flip had competitors flip a 435kg tire with a 75 second time limit. Athletes with the highest number of flips received the most amount of points.

Event Three – Dumbbell Press

The Dumbell Press was another timed event for reps with athletes lifting a 90kg dumbbell overhead as many times as possible.

Event Four – Deadlift Hold

The next event was the Deadlift Hold. Strongmen lifted a 300kg deadlift and was asked to hold for the longest time possible.

The Stones of Strength was the final event of the competition and another classic in Strongman. There were five stones that varied in weight from 100kg to 160kg. Athletes were asked to load the stones on platforms within a 75 second time limit.
