Dennis Wolf Looking Jacked In First Progress Pics Of Comeback

Dennis Wolf is bouncing back.

When a bodybuilder loses their games it’s no laughing matter. Sure, that could sound mellow dramatic to some of the uninitiated, but the truth of the matter is that bodybuilding takes so much sacrifice and determination that a small injury that prevents you from training can completely derail years of consistent hard work. No matter how you slice it, that’s completely demoralizing. One day you’re killing it in the gym on a consistent basis, nothing holding you back, the next all your hard earned muscle fades away. It’s a truth that Dennis Wolf had to face.

After undergoing surgery on his neck, Dennis Wolf has been on the sidelines unable to do meaningful training. It came as a major blow as the Wolf went from being top five to completely out of the rankings altogether. But the great news is that he surgery was a success, meaning his comeback to competition was all but inevitable.

Dennis Wolf has been training hard in the gym in hopes of making his return and by the looks of things everything seems to be coming together. Dennis Wolf recently posted his first progress pics since being sidelined last year and his growth is rather impressive.

Beginning of transformation. Phase 1 is trying to gain back the size. #Repost @bigdjames (@get_repost) ??? The big Bad Wolf started his transformation to get back on the biggest stage in bodybuilding. After a 1 1/2 year layoff due to cervical spinal fusion surgery Dennis is finally back in the gym training for his comeback. The severe injury forced Dennis to stay out of the gym for 18 month and had his weight drop down to 230lbs. Now Dennis is cleared to get back to what he knows best and he is back training and officially started his 1st phase of his transformation. His weight is already back up to 260lb and as you can see in the pics he gained a solid lean 30lb of muscle. Dennis is determined to bring back the look that he is known for and his goal is to be back on stage at the Arnold Classic Columbus Ohio in March 2018. He has a good 8 month left to gain another 20lb to 30lb of muscle and dial it back in like the Big Bad Wolf is known to do. @denniswolfifbbpro #DennisWolfComeback #amixnutrition #gorillawear #schiek #bigbadwolf #teamwolf #teamdenniswolf #teamgorillawear #aesthetic #Motivation #legendary #USA #bodybuilding #MrOlympia #sport #arnoldclassic #kyrgyzstan #lasvegas #Germany #?????? #muscle #ifbb #personalcoaching #takeyourchance #notaprogram #costomized #support #nutritionplan #dailymotivation
