Flex Lewis Utilizes Unique Floor Curls to Blow Up His Biceps

Flex Lewis is looking extra swole ahead of the 2020 Olympia.

The global health crisis has brought some trying times to many individuals throughout the world. Business has also been greatly affected during this harrowing time. Yet in spite of all of that, sports are still finding a way to go as planned. Bodybuilding competitions are no exception. So as we fast approach the 2020 Olympia, all the competitors are ramping up their training.

Namely one former reigning 212 Olympia champion, James “Flex” Lewis.

Looking to make a big impression at his first foray into the Open Bodybuilding division, Flex Lewis has packed on a solid amount of muscle. Now the former 212 king has set his sights on becoming a champion in his new weight class.

In order to do that, Flex Lewis has been pushing himself hard at the Dragon’s Lair gym. He is even using some unique training methods to build up his biceps en route to the 2020 Olympia.

It’s clear that Flex Lewis is willing to do anything to take home top honors at the 2020 Olympia. Can he get the job done come this December? We’ll have to wait and see.
