Mark Wahlberg Shares Complete Full Day Of Eating & Favorite Cheat Meals

Mark Wahlberg broke down his full diet plan and even included his favorite cheat meals.

Mark Wahlberg has remained in excellent shape over the years and it is because of his incredible dedication in the gym. Also, Wahlberg has been consistent in his diet plan. During a recent video, Wahlberg broke down his full day of eating, along with his favorite cheat meals.

Wahlberg became known at an early age for his roles on the big screen. He would show off his incredible physique both in movies and as a model. As time went on, Wahlberg continued to display a shredded physique. As he continues to train hard, Wahlberg began training at all hours of the day. This includes as early as 3 or 4 a.m.

Mark Wahlberg’s Full Day Of Eating

Mark Wahlberg begins his day with a workout and his regular regimen of vitamins.

“I drink my water. I have a little zinc dissolvable zinc tablet and then I have a triple espresso. I have my coffee, go in the cold plunge, come out, and then I’ll have my creatine and my branch chain aminos while I’m working out.”

Meal 1

Mark Wahlberg has been known to hit early-morning workouts. After his morning session in the gym is when he eats his first meal of the day at 8am.

  • 5 eggs (2 hard-boiled, 3 scrambled)
  • 1 pork chop
  • Wild salmon
  • Greek yogurt
  • Berries
  • Green juice with moranga

Meal 2

Wahlberg continues his protein-packed day of eating at 11am for lunch.

  • Chicken breast
  • Chicken thighs
  • Sweet potato
  • Broccoli
  • Bowl of fruit (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • Pistachios and almonds

“I just try to eat as clean as possible. I’ve had the worst eating habits and I do want to have a little disclaimer here, if I explain my schedule on my eating habit, let’s not let your imagination run wild.”

Meal 3

Wahlberg’s third meal of the day was just three hours later at 2pm.

  • Salmon sashimi crab salad
  • Cucumber
  • Chicken breast

“If I was actually smart, I would’ve listened to the people who told me how to do things right a long time ago but I was hard-headed and thought I knew everything like most people I talk to know a days when I try to give them advice about eating right, recovering, and training properly.”

Meal 4

The final meal of the day for Mark Wahlberg was dinner and he continued the trend of proteins.

  • Steak
  • Sea bass or halibut
  • Vegetables

Mark Wahlberg’s Favorite Cheat Meals

Mark Wahlberg keeps a clean diet plan on a consistent basis but does enjoy a nice cheat day every now and then. He continued to discuss his favorites as a whole.

“I have to have either some tequila and I’ll have chocolate and I’ll have some other dessert and you know, five different kinds of pasta. After not having anything and eating clean and I wonder why I don’t feel good the next day.”

“My favorite, I like chicken pot pie, a Thanksgiving dinner, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy. Sometimes I walk around in the bakery section and just look and think about all the things I want to eat.”

Wahlberg also shard that he enjoys the smell of breakfast, bacon, and pancakes, along with other breakfast items. At 52 years old, Wahlberg remains extremely active in the gym and has maintained an impressive physique.
