We’re McCarver fans.
Number one, the top spot, the king. Many descriptions are given to the man or woman who achieves ultimate greatness, so much so that they are considered to be the best at what they do. Anyone who reaches such a level is in rarefied air. Being considered the absolute is no doubt the pursuit of many individuals, particularly those who compete in sporting endeavors. The reason for competing isn’t to take second place. No one wants to take the back seat to another competitor. The reason an athlete competes is to reach the pinnacle of their chosen sport.
In bodybuilding we’re starting to see more and more contenders come out of the woodwork. With Phil Heath sitting comfortably atop the bodybuilding thrown so many believe that the current number one bodybuilder in the world has no one to challenge his position. But as the days, weeks, months, years pass we’re starting to see more up and coming talent who may have the tools they need to one day unseat Heath and take his place as the king of bodybuilding.

Competitors like Justin Compton and Cody Montgomery come to mind as two young bodybuilders who have all the potential in the world to defeat Phil Heath. While the biggest gripe against younger competitors is their lack of muscle maturity, the reality is that they have already shown signs of having genetics that are on par with Heath and could possible pull off the upset against the current bodybuilding ruler.
But there is another bodybuilder that fans and competitors should keep their eyes on. Dallas McCarver is fairly youthful yet has put together a physique that is at once shocking and filled with potential to grow even more impressive. We just talked about him the other day – but this recent picture just further proves that he can be a major threat moving forward. We just can’t get enough of this guy. Check out one of his more recent Instagram photos that back the claim that he could one day be challenging for a major bodybuilding title.
