Dana White has changed his lifestyle and taken on new methods to improve his health.

Dana White has built UFC into an empire but has also worked on improving his own health and physique. He has taken on different methods that he believes help his overall health and longevity. In a recent YouTube video share by the UFC, White discussed these “superhuman protocols” used.

In 2022, White was told by a DNA expert that he has around “10.4” years left to live. Of course, it is unknown how factual this information is but it caused White to go through a transformation. At 54 years old, White is looking like he is in prime shape and has tailored his workouts in different ways.

“My life has completely changed. I’m more active, I have more energy. I’m more productive at work, I’m more productive at life, period. I swear to God, I feel like I’m 25 years old again.”

White discussed the different methods he has been using to make himself feel this way.

Dana White’s Superhuman Protocols

Dana White began by explaining his new health journey, led by human biologist Gary Brecka. He had his bloodwork done and Brecka said that 12 weeks wold change his life. Just a couple weeks into it, White claims he felt better already.

The first method was to sleep on a pulsed electromagnetic field mat.

“You turn it on and just lay on this thing…Pulse electromagnetic field is actually mimicking what we get from mother nature and that’s magnetism.”

White also does cold plunges around 50 degrees for six minutes. This is a way to get his body started in the morning. Many bodybuilders have also taken on the method of cold plunges.

For anti-aging, White discussed oxygen therapy:

“It’s based on a well-researched principle  called multi-step oxygen therapy. Essentially, all it is is taking an oxygen concentrator and taking the air, which is 21 percent oxygen, and filling a 90-liter bag full of 93-95% O2.”

Finally, Dana White does a 20-minute session of red-light therapy before he goes to bed. This is used to empower the mitochondria and improve its metabolism.

“Red light therapy or photobiomodulation uses infrared light and near-infrared light, different wavelengths of light to actually create different effects inside the body.”

Dana White has transformed his physique in a big way and apparently feels years younger after adopting these protocols.
