GI WORKOUT SONG OF THE WEEK 7/25/2016

gi workout song 7-25-2016 headerTurning negativity into positive gains.

The Baltimore Pro Grand Prix took place over the weekend and Victor Martinez won the event with an impressive showing. Though many have written off Martinez, he once again proved why he’s held in high regard in the bodybuilding. From the looks of things he’s beginning to return to form and trying his best to recapture his glory days. It’s certainly something that many weren’t expecting, but it seems that Martinez is trying to turn back the clock. This may be the closest Martinez has looked to his 2007 form than ever before which just goes to show you that you never can let the negativity hold you back.
