It’s the second week of the Olympic games and already we’ve seen some pretty historic moments in Rio. The triumph of Usain Bolt was absolutely brilliant and could go down as the most amazing Olympian to ever compete. There have also been some pretty alarming injuries, upsets, and other shocking moments during the games.

Though the second week of the Oylmpics is completely underway, there seems to be another event on the horizon that has people talking: UFC 202 Diaz vs McGregor 2. The first fight was pretty epic and proved that anything can happen in the wide world of sports. The anticipation of the rematch is reaching a fever pitch and now we’ll finally get to see if Conor McGregor’s loss to Nate Diaz was a fluke or legitimate.

That drive for revenge, the need for validation. Both are things that anyone can relate to. If you have something you want to validate, if you ever wanted to prove someone wrong, then use that as fuel in the gym this week to continue to become the better version of yourself.
