Strongest Man on Earth: This Near 1000 Pound Squat is Absolute Insanity!

Hafthor Bjornsson is an absolute powerhouse!

There are just some human beings that are made of something else. These individuals are larger than life and stronger than anyone thought possible. Strongman competitors take lifting to a whole new level as they build their superhuman strength to prove who is the World’s Strongest Man.


The current holder of the title World’s Strongest Man is Hafthor Bjornsson. Showing superhuman fortitude, Hafthor Bjornsson crushed the competition as he took his place among the history books. But his success didn’t didn’t happen overnight. Hafthor Bjornsson took second and third place a number of times before being able to conquer the World’s Strongest Man competition.

Hafthor Bjornsson had to push himself in training in order to excel at the highest levels of his sport. That means constant training and the willingness to push past his personal best, which is exactly what he’s been doing in preparation for his upcoming powerlifting competition.
