The Rock has noticed his wax figure and plans to reach out to have it fixed.

Dwayne Johnson is one of the most recognizable figures in entertainment from his time in WWE to his many roles on the big screen. Apparently, The Musee Grevin in Paris could not accurately represent The Rock when adding his wax figure to their museum.

On Monday, Johnson shared a video that comedian James Jefferson made commenting on the look of the wax figure, which features a skin tone that very light. Many commenters have said that it looks though the figure has a “melanin deficiency.” The Rock has noticed the figure and plans to reach out to have it improved, beginning with the skin tone.

If they want to accurately depict Johnson, the museum will also have to add more muscle mass.

The Rock has built one of the most impressive physiques in Hollywood using an insane home gyms. His “Iron Paradise” has held many training sessions that The Rock has gone through and shared for his 391 million followers to see. After some massive workouts, Johnson has enjoyed plenty of cheat meals to take a break from his strict diet plan.

The Rock took to Instagram to shoutout Jefferson for making the video and explaining how he will have his team reach out to the museum. He also joked that he will have to stop and have a drink with himself next time he is in Paris.

“I knew my boy @jamesjeffersonj had this Rock wax statue in his roasting crosshairs 😂💣🔥

“is this how y’all felt when you lost the Little Mermaid?”
🤣 legit belly laughed at this ☝🏾”

“For the record, I’m going to have my team reach out to our friends at Grevin Museum, in Paris France 🇫🇷 so we can work at “updating” my wax figure here with some important details and improvements- starting with my skin color 🤣✊🏾💪🏾”

According to the Musee Grevin’s official site, teams went to multiple gyms to find a man who matched the measurements of Johnson to base the size. Also, the sculptor spent 10 days painting Johnson’s tattoos while hisses had to be redone three times.

“After Dwayne Johnson was chosen at the first edition of the Grévin Awards, sculptor Stéphane Barret had to rely on photos and videos to create a statue as close to reality as possible, without the presence of the international star”

Now, the team might have more work to do to improve the skin tone and overall look of The Rock’s wax figure.
