In a very bizarre story reported by 7 News Sydney, it appears that an age old rival of Arnold Schwarzenegger has been caught up in quite the violent incident over in Australia. No, we’re not talking about Mentzer – we are talking about Helmut Cerncic. Don’t recognize the name? That’s because he goes way back to Arnold’s earliest bodybuilding days.

According to the police, an attacker pistol-whipped the 76 year old retired bodybuilder and also let off a warning shot during the attack.
