BIG RAMY’S CHAMPIONSHIP POSING ROUTINE AT THE 2016 KUWAIT PRO

Big Ramy is proving to be Phil Heath’s biggest challenger.

With last weekend’s Arnold Classic Europe crowning Dexter Jackson as champion, the IFBB Kuwait Pro saw “The Blade”, Shawn Rhoden, and Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay once again face off in the open weight division. Many thought that Big Ramy was robbed at the Arnold Classic Europe, namely luimarco who has been singing the Egyptian bodybuilder’s praises for some time now. But though a win at the Arnolds wasn’t in the cards, Big Ramy was able to come back and destroy everyone at the Kuwait Pro.

Everyone who follows bodybuilding understands that there is no clear cut number two in the world. The spot was once reserved by Kai Greene but after skipping out on the Olympia it’s a bit harder to understand exactly where everyone fits. Many would say that Big Ramy is the clear number two in the world and his win at the Kuwait Pro is cementing his position as one of the best of the best in bodybuilding. But with the EVLS Prague Pro occurring this weekend we’ll have an opportunity to see Big Ramy once again take to the stage with his chief rivals Shawn Rhoden and Dexter Jackson.

@big_ramy yesterday Kuwait Pro . Visibly bigger than his @mrolympiallc version! NB : at last you can notice this year he started to ” feel ” his back ! Now you can see some relatively efficient contractions from the back side but as much as we all cheer for him now . He is still not done evolving , this guy can really have the most outrageous/big back ever . If he ever reaches that level . God be with the rest of the lineup.
