Ortiz caught Liddell with a one-two against the cage in the first round and Liddell went down with a TKO. The fight lasted 4:24 long.

Liddell had previously knocked out Ortiz in 2004 and in 2006. Both are UFC Hall of Famers, two of the best light heavyweight fighters.
