Big Z Shows Crazy Strength and Endurance in Winning a Max Rep Bench Press Challenge

Big Z shows some massive strength and conditioning.

Four-time World’s Strongest Man Zydrunas “Big Z” Savickas has been pushing himself hard in training. He looks motivated to contend for top honors at this year’s WSM and is looking strong in the process.

While it may not be directly related to strongman competition, Big Z entered another kind of competition where he dominated. In a competition for max reps on the bench press, Big Z performed 100kg/220lbs for 42 reps.

Big Z has looked extra motivated as of late. He’s been taking his training for the World’s Strongest Man very seriously. A recent squatting video showcased just how insanely strong he is in prep for the big show.

Do you think Big Z can win a fifth World’s Strongest Man title?
