This Bodybuilder Eats 17,000 Calories On His Cheat Days

Jack Manchester has been known as “Cheat Day King” because of his insane meals.

In the world of fitness, there are many that opt for a cheat day meal to reward themselves for hard work, both in the gym and following a strict diet. Jack Manchester is a bodybuilder who recently showed off his insane cheat meals that can reach 17,000 calories.

The 29-year-old athlete’s meals have drawn comparisons to those of The Rock. Over the years, Dwayne Johnson has shown off his massive meals when he decides to indulge in a cheat day.

In 2022, The Rock tried In-N-Out for the first time. He chose to go with two double-cheeseburgers and two orders of fries. Johnson is the type of celebrity that can act as an inspiration in the gym because of his work ethic and dedication. What he has also shown is that he can inspire in the kitchen as well. He has also showed off some incredible-looking spreads including pancakes, which is one of his favorite foods.

Manchester took to TikTok to share his full day of eating that consists of 17,000 calories.

Jack Manchester’s Insane Cheat Day Spread

The goal for Jack Manchester here was to eat as much as he possibly could in one day. This was part of his bulk and he was able to pack in a total of seven meals and over 17,000 calories.

Meal 1 – 6:15am

Jack Manchester began his day early so he could get as many calories in as possible. The first meal consisted of 1,245 calories.

  • 175 grams oats
  • 200 grams banana
  • 75 grams jam
  • 40 grams peanut butter

Meal 2 – 9am

The second meal consisted of pancakes that were dressed up in a big way. This meal was a total of 1,735 calories.

  • 300 grams pancake mix
  • 75 grams maple syrup
  • 100 grams banana
  • 60 grams peanut butter

Meal 3 – Midday

Manchester doubled down on pancakes for the third meal totaling 1,100 calories.

Meal 4 – 2pm

Manchester continued to eat his first lunch meal of they. This consisted of many bagels and turkey for 1,430 calories. He added a dessert, which was 1,590 calories.

  • 5 bagels
  • 250 grams turkey
  • Whole Tesco carrot cake

Meal 5 – 5:30-7pm

This meal would be for dinner. He consumed pizza and a dessert for a total of 2,920 calories.

  • Two personal pizzas
  • Sticky toffee pudding

Meal 6 – 8pm

After a large dinner, Manchester said that he was still hungry and had another dessert that was 2,270 calories.

  • 2x THICK cookies
  • Nutella and ice cream
  • 2 brownies & ice cream

Meal 7 – 10pm

The final meal of the day for Jack Manchester whipped up another huge dessert. This entire bowl consisted of just under 4,000 calories.

  • 16 Dominoes cookies
  • 60 grams dark chocolate
  • Nutella
  • Peanut butter
  • Ice cream
