Kills the cravings
There’s nothing worse than eating right throughout the day to only find yourself craving some late night snack, a bowl of ice cream, maybe even a late night cheeseburger. You have to have self control if you want to see results, but if eating enough in the morning means less of an appetite late at night then you’ll be less likely to want to binge on unhealthy foods.
