Tips #4: Isometric squeeze
An “isometric squeeze” means tensing the muscle with deliberate force after the lifting phase of the rep. This develops extra tension and stress for the target muscle. Good builders use this to further the mind, muscle connection with the central nervous system. This stretches the fascia that surrounds the muscle as well as providing higher blood concentration for muscle growth.
