Strength Wars Movie

Generation Iron co-founders discuss the film and network’s origins.

Generation Iron, the film, entered the world in 2013 and introduced the world to a new generation of bodybuilding personalities that still stand at the top of the pack to this day. It also spawned the Generation Iron Fitness Network website and the Generation Iron Network media production company – that continues to evolve and contribute to the changes in the bodybuilding industry.

Six years later, Generation Iron is a name that is woven into the fabric of bodybuilding as a publisher, network, and management company. But many might not know the behind the scenes story of how Generation Iron the movie happened and how network co-founders Vlad Yudin and Edwin Mejia Jr. made their journey towards bodybuilding – eventually spawning and entire media network that contributes towards the bodybuilding industry every single day.

That’s why Vlad and Edwin sat down with PJ Braun for his official bodybuilding podcast – Ask PJ Braun – to discuss the full story of how Generation Iron was created and why they wanted to change the bodybuilding industry towards a new era. Check out this clip below:
